All the staff were very nice and amiable giving some tips about the city. The property was in the heart of the city. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Likes/Best Aspects: During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the amazing rooftop terrace with its stunning views of the city and Mount Teide. It was the perfect spot to have my morning coffee and soak in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the location of the hotel in the heart of the old town was a major plus. It was just a short walk to the central square and the bus station, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The location was sick, right in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. We could hit up the dope beaches and rad bars in no time. And the price was hella low, so we had more cash to spend on the sickest adventures and party all night long!

The only thing we wished for was a lit party vibe at the hotel. It would've been sick if they had a cool pool area or organized some sick events for the young, party-going crowd like us.

I always choose this place for its helpful staff who once found my lost ID card. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, a lift, no pets allowed, and non-smoking rooms. I keep coming back for my city breaks.

Great value for money. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a beach within walking distance. , the rooftop terrace was a nice added bonus, offering great views.

The internet connection was extremely poor, with many websites not functioning properly. The power outlets in the room were also low-power, making it difficult to charge devices.
